Rosalind Reeves
Rosalind (Rozz) Reeves serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Foot Locker, Inc. In this role, Rozz continues to advance Foot Locker’s position as an employer-of-choice, attracting and creating career opportunities for world-class talent while leading through the lens of an inclusive culture. She previously served as the organization’s Vice President, Talent, Diversity & Organization Capability. Rozz brings to the role more than 25 years of experience in human resources and deep expertise in talent acquisition and talent management; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs; employee engagement, learning and development; employee relations and benefits. She joined Foot Locker in 2020 as the Vice President, Human Resources Field North America and held several Human Resources leadership positions at AMC Theatres, Dollar General, and Sears Holdings.
