GABRIEL, a one shot vampire graphic novel, is now available!!!

El Paso, Texas and Juarez, Mexico. Two sister cities that depend on each other now tremble in fear. The young women of Juarez are disappearing. Some are discovered brutally raped and murdered. Others are forever lost. Both sides are asking one question: Who is doing this? Meet Gabriel de la Cruz!

After a little over a year of working on this graphic novel, Jaime “Jimmy” Portillo has finally released his vampire horror story, GABRIEL. Based on actual events, this story takes place in both El Paso, Texas and Juarez, Mexico. GABRIEL was honored with a grant from the Xeric Foundation (Fall 2007) , founded by Peter A. Laird, co-creator of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Read GABRIEL and know the true meaning of horror!!!
